About Rails
Rails is operated by Hitch Intelligence, Inc. We provide tools for creating courses and guided learning experiences. These terms apply to your use of Rails. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.
Your account
Keep your sign-in account secure and provide accurate information. If you use Rails for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.
Using Rails
Use Rails lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property. Do not attempt to access another user’s account, disrupt the service, or upload malicious content.
Your courses and content
You retain ownership of content you create or provide. You are responsible for having the rights to use that content. You give Rails permission to process your content only as needed to provide the features you choose.
Local drafts and publishing
The current Studio stores drafts and locally published revisions in your browser. A local publish action does not make a course publicly available online. Keep exported copies of work you want to preserve.
AI tools and third-party services
Rails may help you use other services, including ChatGPT. Those services have their own terms and availability. Review generated content and verify important answers before relying on them.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the information handled by Rails, including Google sign-in and demo requests.
Paid services
Any paid service will have its pricing, payment, cancellation, and refund terms presented separately before purchase. These terms do not authorize a charge.
Ending use and service changes
You may stop using Rails at any time. Contact seth@usehitch.ai for help with account access or information you have submitted. Clearing local browser storage removes locally saved courses from that browser. Retain exported copies of work you want to keep.
